And yes, fat is a critical part of our physical composition. It is when you start to develop excessive fat that causes many, many health issues. When you carry around this excess fat, you are increasing your risk of stroke, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attack and numerous other serious side effects of obesity. Probably the most serious of these...cancer! An over abundance of fat is seriously "not a good thing!" So, this is your main goal...fat loss! You don't want to lose weight. Everyone always says, "I need to lose some weight." What they really mean is they need to lose fat. Calling it "weight" is just a more pleasant way to avoid calling it what it really is...fat. The word "FAT" has such an horrible connotation. Now, the reason you're overweight is very simple...you're eating the wrong kind of foods. You're ingesting the wrong types of calories each meal, and you're eating your meals in the wrong patterns each and every day. Listen very carefully to what I'm about to tell you, because it will change the way you've been thinking about dieting... The very FOOD that you eat is way more powerful than any type of weight loss pills. Food can either make you thinner or fatter. You're not going to get fat because you don't exercise enough, that's just a myth. You get fat because you just don't eat the right foods at the right times each day. Your body is like some sort of "engine," it only has to have certain foods at certain times during the day. If you don't eat these foods at the right times, then your body just won't burn those calories and you'll only wind up storing those calories as fat tissue. You need to eat more than 3 times a day to burn fat! You've allowed yourself to become obese by eating the wrong foods, and guess what? You can slim down by just eating the right foods at the right intervals each day! It's really just that simple.
